You have 15 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return, provided the item meets our eligibility criteria.
Eligibility for Returns

- In the same condition as received (unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging).
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days from receipt, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in its original condition (unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging) and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
